Returns

We offer a 30 day risk free trial on all mail order sales of Intervac Design products. You will therefore have plenty of time to test your machine, if you are not completely satisfied, return the Intervac Design Vacuum that you have been purchased from us, in the original packaging for a full refund of your purchase price. All we ask is that the machine is returned within 30 days of initial receipt and that you pay the return postage. We would recommend that you use an insured service to return the machine to us.
Before you send the machine back please e-mail for a RMA number, otherwise we will not be able to retrieve your details to issue a refund!
