Intervac Design vacuums are guaranteed for 6 years from the original date of purchase, provided your InterVac vacuum has been registered with us. Accessories are guaranteed for 1 year from the original date of purchase. Should a part fail due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it, with new or reconditioned parts or products free of charge.
